Spring in Virginia State Parks

Let the blossoming of a new season spark your own sense of renewal in a state park! As trees bud and wildflowers sprout, visit a park to discover a new trail, encounter wildlife or enjoy a springtime view. Camping returns in March, and it’s Dark Sky Month in April. If you haven’t done it yet, and you can wait that long, introduce your kids to our parks on National Kids to Parks Day in May.
