Draft chapters of the 2012 Virginia Stormwater Management Handbook are provided here for review and comment by committee members. Keep in mind that chapter 11 is still in the editing phase, and chapters 12 and 13 are still to be completed. Members must provide comments to DCR’s Scott Crafton, scott.crafton@dcr.virignia.gov, no later than COB on Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012. Also note that there is much material in this handbook. Members may want to distribute chapters among their staffs so that no one person has the burden of reviewing everything. However, DCR requests that final comments be provided in one comprehensive document from each member who wishes to send in comments.
