The blue crab is one of the most iconic species of the Chesapeake Bay. Join the Rangers to learn a time-tested method of catching blue crabs most sustainably! PLEASE NOTE: This program requires the purchase of a crab throw line, which can be purchased at the Cape store behind the Main Visitor Center.

All programs are free to attend and are weather-dependent. Please wear appropriate outdoor gear, bring water, and consider bug spray and sunscreen.
