Kids’ Activity Book: This free book contains activities for the young (or young at heart). Available while supplies last. Must be picked up inside the office.

Bird Behavior Bingo: Spot birds doing five of the activities listed in a row on the bingo card to win! Cards are available in the brochure rack posted by the front door of the park office.

Scavenger Hunt: Challenge a friend to see who can complete the scavenger hunt first for extra fun. Cards are available in the brochure rack.

Winter Wildlife Walk: This illustrated guide shows the most commonly seen winter flora & fauna at the park, & where to look for them. Guides are available in the brochure rack.

Be Prepared: Wear weather-appropriate shoes & clothing, & bring a water bottle. Check the trail guide for difficulty ratings before heading out. Even trails that are rated easy may not be appropriate for strollers or those with mobility issues. Activities marked with an asterisk can be completed from the warmth of a vehicle & are accessible for those with limited physical mobility. Parks are for everyone. To ensure an enjoyable time, please alert park staff to any necessary special accommodations you or your group may need.
