When
June 15, 2024. 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
What was a typical day like on the farm in the 1840’s. What type of clothes did people wear? What games did kids play? 10:00 am to noon, the Fiber Guild of the Blue Ridge, and the Wine and Wool Fiber group along with Trinity Farm, will share with us a little on how to spin wool into yarn, then use that yard for knitting and other fiber arts. Then from noon until 2:00 pm, we will have games of the 1840's. Families can make their own whirlygig, learn the game of graces, or try their hand at hoop and stick.
