Have you ever seen a tree grow out of a rock? That's what it looks like anyway. Join a ranger on a short moderate hike to see the Magic Tree and learn about what the land used to be, and how the tree came to be sitting on top of a rock. Continue to Little Pinnacle, the highest point in the park, and enjoy the long-range views and learn more about the ecology and history of Grayson Highlands State Park.
Be prepared by bringing some water and wearing closed-toe shoes. Hike is about one-mile round trip.
