Junior Ranger Camp

Join us for an unforgettable Junior Ranger Camp adventure at Holliday Lake State Park. From July 15th to 18th, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., children ages 6-12 are invited to immerse themselves in the wonders of nature through hands-on activities, exciting outdoor skills, and thrilling exploration. This enriching experience promises to ignite curiosity, build confidence, and create lasting memories.

During the camp, participants will engage in a variety of activities including learning outdoor survival skills, identifying local wildlife, and exploring the park's natural habitats. One of the highlights includes tie-dyeing shirts, where campers can unleash their creativity while learning about colors found in nature. As part of our unique educational program, campers will have the opportunity to meet our live animals: Hisstopher, our friendly Corn Snake known for his gentle demeanor, and Harrold, the Eastern Painted Turtle who delights everyone with his distinctive markings and lively personality.

Pre-registration is required to secure a spot in this highly anticipated camp. For our younger explorers, a mini-camp tailored for ages 2-6 will also be offered July 24-25th ensuring that every child can experience the magic of becoming a Junior Ranger at Holliday Lake State Park.
