Do you have what it takes to be a Jr. Ranger? Rangers have a highly varied skill set. We will take you through our Jr. Ranger booklet and practice the skills rangers need and use every day. Once the booklet is complete, you'll be sworn in as an official Jr. Ranger at Pocahontas State Park.

This program is suitable for ages 8 and up. We will begin at Visitor Center, and participants will hike along a few trails before touring the Civilian Conservation Corps Museum and returning back to Visitor Center. Participants may be dropped off with proper guardian contact information.
