The joy of nature journaling is not about being a perfect artist, it’s about curiosity and wonder. Taking a closer look at what is out there.    This class is for all ages and abilities! We will go over the basics of what should be in a nature journal, learn some techniques for zooming in and zooming out in our drawings, and how to keep certain data.     We will have materials for you to practice with and give you some suggestions if you want to continue this journey.  If you have a journal you want to use, feel free to bring it.   This class will start in the interpretive center and then we will go for a short walk to make some observations.  Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes for the weather and bring a water bottle with you.    Reminder, parking fees are in effect at Sweet Run State Park.  $10 per car payable at the kiosk upon entering the park.
