Outdoor living skills are often portrayed as being useful only in dire circumstances, or to win copious amounts of money on reality TV. Believe it or not, one does not have to be in dire straits to benefit from outdoor knowledge.

Truthfully, some examples of this skill set are basic, such as how to identify a safe campsite, proper layering of clothing for winter hiking and being able to read a map. Learn these, and other means of enjoying the outdoors, no matter what the season, by attending our program. Meet Ranger Daniel at the canoe launch at 10 a.m. to begin.
