Whoo! Whoo! Come join us at Clinch River State Park for a fun arts and crafts session all about owls. Come learn about the way of life for an owl, all while making your very own owl! Meeting for this event will be in the Oxbow Lake parking lot. If weather is bad this program will be rescheduled.
