Adventures in History: Coal Camp Bus Tour, offered by the Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park, brings to life the history of coal mining and those who have worked in the industry. Take a ride into the past and discover a fascinating topic in regional history that offers a close view of areas important to mining in Southwest Virginia. 
The Coal Camp Bus Tour will depart the park and travel on a comfortable bus to area coal camps of Stonega, Derby, Keokee, Imboden, Exeter, Dunbar and Inman. Participants must bring their own lunch. Seating is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today. Registration is required. The registration and payment deadline are Friday, August 9.
