First Day Self-Guided Hike

Seven Bends State Park, 2111 South Hollingsworth Road, Woodstock, VA 22664. Lupton Rd. Entrance & Hollinsworth Entrance Kiosks.

January 1, 2021. 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This year's First Day Hike will be self-guided. Pick up a trail map at the kiosk (located at either entrance). Go the extra mile this year by exploring a trail you haven't been on before or picking up a self-guided program. Self-guided programs are a great way to get even more out of your hike. Dress in layers and prepare for the weather. The ranger suggests that you bring water and snacks, sturdy hiking or walking shoes, and a camera or binoculars. Parking fees are waived for the day.
