Refund Policy for DCR's Natural Heritage - Information Services Order Online Payments
Once we have received notification of a refund situation and able to identify the remediation needed, we will notify you of the status of your refund. We will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within the number of days dependent on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Natural Heritage – Full payment is expected upon completion of a project.
