This exciting week for children ages 6 to 8 years old has various themes depending on the development by the Park Interpreters. Most focus on exploring the waters of the freshwater Woodstock pond, tidal Taskinas Creek, and York River habitats along with adventures into the upland forest and discovering the history of the park. Other themes include learning outdoor skills such as canoeing, kayaking, orienteering, survival tactics, and outdoor cooking.
