July 4, 2022. 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

Join a ranger as we explore the old growth forests in the western side of Caledon State Park. Rich with Oak and Poplar trees, we'll discover why these tree giants have been left untouched for so long and how old they really are.

The hike will be about 5 miles and there will be variable and steep terrain. Please bring water and dress for the weather and activity (e.g., sturdy walking or hiking shoes).

This program is free, but let us know you are coming by giving us a call or stopping by the Visitor Center. Parking fee is $5.
