Did you know that the Caledon land was once the ocean floor? Find out how fossils are formed and what types can be found at the park before we take a ride down to the Potomac River to scour the shoreline for these clues to the past.

Dress for the weather and wear close-toed shoes that can get wet.

Paid reservations are required as space is limited. To reserve your spot, give us a call or stop by the Visitor Center. Parking fee is $5.
