First Day Hike

Join Friends of Seven Bends State Park and the Help Others Get Healthy (HOH) Walkers Clubs for a First Day Hike at Seven Bends State Park! All hikes meet at the historic Lupton Barn and end back at the Lupton picnic shelter. Dress for the weather and bring plenty of water.

Three options for guided hikes will be offered:

1.5-2.5 mile walk on a level path for those looking for a warming winter stroll.

2.5-3.5 mile walk with some elevation changes.

7.5 mile round-trip hike from Lupton to the reservoirs and back at a 2mph pace with rest stops and a lunch break at the reservoir (weather permitting). Make sure to pack a lunch for this hike option!

The HOH Walkers Club will be offering healthy snacks and recovery drinks after the walk for the shorter walks.
