Join us for a walk by the river where you'll be encouraged to indulge in all your senses, and train your mind to be aware of your thoughts and surroundings. This will be a slow paced, 2 mile walk, taking in the beauty of the New River Trail.

Meet at the Caboose/Depot parking area at Foster Falls. Don't forget to wear your close-toed shoes and bring water.
