Join us in honoring Machicomoco's dedication by celebrating, experiencing, and acknowledging the history, culture, and persistence of the Indigenous Tribes of Virginia. This event will feature education exhibitors from diverse groups and organizations for guests to explore as well as some hands-on and interactive opportunities. This year will include food trucks, exciting new educators, and more! This is the perfect opportunity to experience and learn about the unique history and culture of Virginia's Indigenous Peoples!
Performances by the Rappahannock Native American Dancers and Maskapow Drum Group will be at 10:30a.m. 12:00p.m. and 1:30p.m. Tribal partners will have various handcrafted artwork, jewelry, and items at their stations.
