Did you know that James River State Park is a member of the International Dark-Sky Association? Blue Ridge Astronomy Club will be bringing all their equipment to let you see our vast galaxy. Learn more about the importance of dark skies while we explore the endless universe with our telescopes. We will observe planets, galaxies, and/or star clusters as we search for the amazing wonders of the night sky with our telescopes. Please bring some comfortable chairs.
