Nature is magic – it jump-starts our joy, cultivates our curiosity, and awakens our awe. As we immerse ourselves in the forest landscape, we will practice connecting with nature purposefully and intentionally using our whole body.

The pace will be set based on the abilities of the group, and will typically last about 1-1.5 hours.
