Come hunt for shark teeth on the shoreline of the Potomac! Join a ranger to find out how fossils are formed and what types can be found at Caledon. We'll take a wagon ride down to the river to scour the beach for these clues to the past. Terrain includes sand, grass, and gravel paths. 

Dress for the weather and wear shoes that can get wet. Paid reservations are required as space is limited. Call 540-663-3861 or stop by the Visitor Center to reserve your spot. Parking fee is $5.
