The Carolinas Chapter of the Antique Outboard Motor Club International will hold a motor running meet at Claytor Lake State Park, Shelter #2, from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Claytor Lake has boating and outboard racing history going back to at least the early 1940s. Buy, sell, trade, and show old outboards and boats. Did grandpa leave you an old small outboard? Bring it along, and they'll help you identify it. The public is invited, whether you're a club member or not; all ages are welcome.
