Join us for a healing forest therapy walk at 1191 Lupton Rd, Woodstock, VA and experience the health and wellness benefits of Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese practice of “forest bathing.” Your guide, Kristine Villatoro, a certified trained Forest Therapy Guide with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy (ANFT) will guide you through sensory invitations to help you slow down, awaken your senses, and reconnect with nature. This program is reserved for ages 15 and up. Some seating is available, but please bring a chair if you have one.
We will meet by the Lupton Access canoe launch. All vehicles must have a valid annual or daily parking pass displayed during all programs. Either pass can be purchased at the entrance of the park and can be used at both access points all day. Rain date: September 7th from 1 - 3pm
