Join the Friends of Mason Neck and Fairfax Master Naturalists for a rewarding day of volunteer garden work! We're seeking passionate individuals who share our dedication to environmental stewardship and beautification.

Get your hands dirty as we roll up our sleeves to tend to the pollinator gardens at Mason Neck State Park. From planting native species to weeding and mulching, every task contributes to the vibrant health of our natural spaces.

No prior gardening experience is necessary – just a love for the outdoors and a willingness to learn! Whether you're a seasoned gardener or a newbie with a green heart, there's a place for you in our volunteer team.

By lending your time and expertise, you'll play a vital role in creating and maintaining habitats for local wildlife, promoting biodiversity, and enhancing the beauty of our community.

Please contact the Visitor Center for more information and to sign up. Children ages 14 and up may participate with a parent or guardian.
