Come honor and celebrate the work of the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC) in Virginia State Parks. Create your own pennant flag, then wonder on over to the CCC Museum to see how yours compares to the pennants of the 1930s. Whether you want to construct a historically accurate CCC pennant flag or one for your favorite team, make these flags at your own pace with all materials provided.
