Oct. 12, 2024. 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.

Fall is a great time to search for fungi. After a brief introduction into mushroom identification we will hike Ground Pine Path and parts of Beaver Lake Trail to see what's fruiting. Trails are hard-packed earth with slight elevation change and exposed roots, so please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes. This is not a foraging event, just an investigation into our fungal world.
