When autumn paints the landscape with its brilliant colors, what better way to celebrate than to make art? The art you make on this guided walk will be made using only what you find on the forest floor. It will be left behind for others to notice and for the wind to sweep away. As you'll find during this program, the act of creating simply for the joy of it can be a respite of mindfulness and a soothing meditation. It brings us into the here and now, and nourishes our mind, body, and soul.
