Join a Ranger at Leesylvania State Park to learn about the animals and organisms that are found here. This program is part of a homeschool series but all curious kids are welcome. This program is for children 5 to 12 years old and covers a range of topics.

November 15, 2024: Discovery Hike

This hike will begin at the Visitor Center and take place along Potomac Trail which is 0.4 miles long. The trail is generally flat and made of compacted gravel. Be sure to dress for the weather.

December 6, 2024: Fish of the Potomac/ Watersheds
