Celebrate the beauty of spring at Shenandoah River State Park!

Each spring, Virginia Bluebells blossom along our winding riverbank, creating a beautiful carpet of blue and purple hues. To celebrate this beauty, we are hosting our second annual Bluebell Festival! There will be food trucks, live music, craft vendors, nature walks, ranger programs, and more.

The festival will be from 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Entrance to the festival is free, but standard parking fees apply. The Bluebell Festival is family-friendly and perfect for all ages. You don't want to miss this!

Parks are for everyone, please let us know if you need special accommodations.

For more information about the Bluebell Festival, or if you're interested in participating as a vendor, please email megan.goin@dcr.virginia.gov or call (540) 622-2262.
