The tranquility of the winter woods offers a perfect chance to reflect and connect with nature amidst the beauty of the season. Hike with an interpreter as we take in the stunning winter scenery throughout the park. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn about Hungry Mother as we discuss all things nature, history, and perhaps spot some winter wildlife along the way! The hike will begin at Clyburn Ridge Trailhead and will travel up the ridge with beautiful vistas before we come back through Clyburn Hollow. The hike will be around two miles and cover some moderately difficult terrain with occasional difficult inclines. Make sure to bring a water bottle, suitable hiking shoes, and warm clothing.
