Step back in time and experience the life of a Civil War soldier at Camp Paradise, High Bridge Trail State Park. On February 22–23, 2025, a group of living historians will bring history to life through a camp life re enactment.

Visitors will have the opportunity to:
- Explore an authentic Civil War encampment.
- Interact with living historians to learn about daily soldier life, including cooking, demonstrations, storytelling and more.
- Discover the historical significance of High Bridge during the closing days of the Civil War.

This immersive experience is perfect for history enthusiasts and families alike. The event is free, but standard park admission fees apply.
