Come young and young-at-heart on National Kids to Parks Day to meet some incredible predators of the sky! Local wildlife rehabbers from AWARE will introduce guests to a few of Virginia's birds of prey. These "ambassador animals" have been rescued from the wild and are not able to be returned due to permanent injuries or other issues affecting their survival. They help the educators at AWARE connect us humans to the wild creatures that share our habitat.
Register here to let us know you're coming. We will contact you if the program is cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
