Explore helpful ways to relax and de-stress yourself in nature while learning about the history and culture of using nature as a means of therapy. Enjoy the calming atmosphere of Raider's Run Trail and let yourself be soothed by the various sounds of nature and therapy techniques Tina will lead you through.
