What is wet, muddy, has lots of plants and animals, and kind of stinks? A wetland! What makes a wetland so important? Join a park guide to find out.

We'll spend some time exploring the wetlands of Hungry Mother State Park and discovering what plants, animals, and insects call the area home. Figure out the important job the small ecosystem has in enriching the entire habitat surrounding the lake. We'll take a short walk, so please wear appropriate shoes and clothing.
