When

Feb. 7, 2026. 2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Celebrate our feathered night-shift MVPs and learn what makes owl so 'talon-ted'. Forget football (for at least an hour) and put the spotlight on owls, the silent flyers, expert hunters, and all-around superstars of the nighttime world. You'll discover the different species that call our park home, peek at an owl pellet, and uncover a few other surprising facts along the way.

Whether you’re a lifelong owl fan or just here for the puns, this program is sure to be a real hoot! Please call 804-796-4472 or email Rebecca.Whalen@dcr.virginia.gov for more information.
