Join us for a Ranger-led Nature Search to celebrate Earth Week! We’ll look for plants, insects, and animals to observe and record them in the community science app, iNaturalist.
Meeting location: The Caboose at Foster Falls
The distance will be approximately one to two miles on uneven grassy terrain and on the trail (surface is crushed stone and a gentle grade). Please wear comfortable walking shoes, dress for the weather, and bring plenty of water and snacks. Leashed pets are welcome. This program is weather dependent. Please check our event listing on the New River Trail website for cancellations.
