This program marks each hour with the spoken name of a person who died at Sailor’s Creek. One life is remembered at the top of every hour through a name, an age when known, and a brief detail when it survives in the historical record. There is no narration and no interpretation, only a voice interrupting the day so the dead are not passed in silence.

The intent is simple and solemn. To slow time. To give space for reflection. To restore weight to names that history often treats as numbers. Visitors are invited to pause where they stand and listen, understanding that each name once belonged to a living person who stood on this ground and did not leave it.
