Come join our Rangers in celebrating the Highland Maple Festival!
This guided hike begins at the park office and follows Eagle’s Rest Trail a moderate, 1.5 mile, adventure. During the hike you will go up to the Eagle's Rest observation point overlooking the Bullpasture River Valley and back down to the Bullpasture River. Visitors can expect to learn about the park and the species that make it special, from the Maple tree to the Golden Eagle. Please bring water and sturdy shoes.
