This program will train guests to focus on the present moment, observe their thoughts and feelings without judgment, and enhance their awareness of the mind-body connection. Meet your guide at the visitor center. Bring a towel or a mat if you would like to sit on the floor. We will also have chairs available. Reservations are recommended but not required. Please call the visitor center to reserve your spot at 703-339-2385. Participants should be at least 15 years old and be able to follow the guided mindfulness steps.
