Program Location: Cedar Creek Trail
Main Park Address: Natural Bridge State Park, 6477 South Lee Highway, Natural Bridge, VA 24578.
When
April 25, 2026. 8:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
Celebrate Earth week by getting close up with frogs and toads under the Natural Bridge during the Illumination.
Late spring is the perfect time to check the creek for frogs and toads, and as evening falls they are more common on the trail.
Chat with a ranger at the Natural Bridge about amphibians in the park, learn where you can find them, and hear about how the park is ensuring these critters have a home here for years to come. Stick around as darkness falls for the Illumination of the Bridge.
This program station is free with admission to the Natural Bridge: $9 for adults or $6 for children.
