History comes roaring to life as the Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park kicks off a thrilling day-long expedition along the famed Wilderness Road.

The Southwest Virginia Museum Historical State Park offers a unique opportunity to take a ride through history. On Saturday, April 25, join museum staff and volunteers for a day-long bus tour along the Wilderness Road.

On this journey, participants will travel from the Anderson Blockhouse to the Cumberland Gap, stopping at several important historical locations along the Wilderness Road.

The bus will depart from the Museum at 8 a.m. and will return at approximately 3 p.m. Participants must bring their own lunch. Seating is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot today! The price for the tour is $25 per person. Registration is required.
