Celebrate one of Virginia's most iconic native blooms with a special program dedicated to mountain laurel at its peak. Begin with a short, engaging talk, then head out on the trail for a guided hike (1.5 to 2 miles) along Taskinas Creek to see these stunning blooms up close. There are two separate hike opportunities for this event - one from 10:30 a.m. to noon, and one from 1:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
