Enjoy a beautiful moonlight paddle on the lower Potomac River. Catch the remnants of sunset at Caledon Marsh in hopes of viewing wildlife as they search for food along our shoreline. We'll meet inside the visitor center to gear up before riding down to the beach. Be prepared to help load and unload kayaks at the shoreline, and wear close-toed shoes and clothes that can get wet.

Paid reservations are required as space is limited. Paddlers must be age 16+ for a solo kayak and age 8+ (with adult) for tandem kayak. Call 540-663-3861 or stop by the Visitor Center to reserve your spot. Parking fee is $5.

A full moon illuminates the cliffs above the Potomac.
