April 11, 2020. 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

April 11 is National Pet Day, and what better way to celebrate than by spending a day at the park with your best friend? All proceeds from this event will benefit Prince Edward County Animal Control and Morgan's Mutts of Jetersville, Virginia. Join us for a day of fun including:

-Live animals

-Free Professional Pet Portraits by Carley York Photography

-Adoptable Dogs

-Pet Beauty Contest

-Food by True Fixins'

-Raffle

-Bright Eyes Alpaca Farm

-Local vendors such as Four Paw Bed and Biscuit, The Family Dog grooming salon, and TrueHeart Kennel.

A $5 parking fee applies, or a donation can be made in lieu of the parking fee. All proceeds will benefit Prince Edward County Animal Control and Morgan's Mutts.

Remember, all pets must be on a leash 6' or shorter while in the park.

Parks are for everyone. This is an inclusive program open to all people. To ensure an enjoyable time, please alert park staff to any necessary special accommodations you or your group may need.
