The race will be held on June 15 along the Swift Creek single-track flow trails at Pocahontas State Park.
Poca Go! offers six competition categories. For each one, racers ride solo on the timed stage, not side-by-side, and they are buffered by 30 seconds. Awards will be presented to the top finishers in each category.

- High school: Rising or current (as of race day) students.
- Beginner (men and women divisions): This category is for adults with limited mountain biking or racing experience.
- Sport (men and women divisions): This category is for adults with moderate experience on mountain biking trails.

- Master 40+ (men and women divisions): This category is for experienced riders 40 and older.
The start time and registration fee for Poca Go! vary depending on the category. As a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit competitive event, proceeds from the race will support the maintenance of the mountain biking trails at Pocahontas State Park.
