Party for the Planet!
Visit Natural Heritage at the Virginia Zoo's Party for the Planet! Admission to the event is included with the fee for general admission to the zoo, however admission is free if you attend one of six conservation cleanups held in April and May. Date: May 16, 2026. 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., 4.5 hours
Location: 3500 Granby St. Norfolk, VA 23504
Maximum capacity: Age: Guests ages 15 years old and younger must be accompanied by a chaperone who is at least 21 years old when visiting the Zoo. The chaperone must accompany their party at entry, remain inside the park during their visit and be available by phone throughout.
Pets: Pets are not permitted in the Zoo with the exception of service animals.

Clothing: Please dress appropriately for the weather.
Supplies: Bring water in a reusable bottle and sunscreen.
Participants should be able to:
- Understand and follow directions to avoid/manage risks.
- Tolerate the elements including temperature for the duration.
