Ready to learn the ins and outs of canoeing? We're teaching a course on boating safety May 16 through May 18, with a new skill available each day. Enjoy a fun afternoon with an interpreter as we paddle around the lake and learn valuable paddling skills that can make your time in nature much more thrilling.

Children must be at least 6 years old and accompanied by an adult on the program. Spots are limited and are first come, first serve. Pre-registration is required at the Discovery Center or by calling 276-781-7400 by 5 p.m. on Thursday, May 15.
